Our production process for Copper Pipe CapS and Fuse terminals: stamping, bending, tunnel oven welding, palting, testing and so on.Except electroplating, all processes are completed in-house to achieve internal control of total quality assurance of copper caps.
All copper tube end caps comply with requirements as stipulated in ISO9001, IATF16949, SGS guidelines.
1/Put this caps electrical terminal into PE bags.
2/Sealed when meet packing quantity requirement.
3/Put the bag-packed cap terminal in standard carton box and sealed.
4/Attach right tag on the carton and finally put onto pallet.
5/Last we wrap the pallet with film to protect it from moisture.
The shipping time to US or EURO countries is about 7-10 days by express.
Silver Plated Fuse caps packaged as delivered can be stored for one year from the date indicated on the packing label under the following conditions:
1）Temperature:-15 °C- +30°C (no condensation)
2）Humidity :85% RH or less
3）Not exposed to corrosive gas or sea breeze
4）No visible dust
5)Not exposed to direct sunlight
6)Load:No application of load that may cause deformation or degradation of the product.
