1. Preparation: Sufficient quantity and specifications of aluminum materials need to be prepared. 
2. Cutting: The aluminum material is cut into workpieces of appropriate size according to the design requirements through cutting machinery. Cutting is the process of cutting aluminum materials into appropriate sizes for subsequent processing.
3. Stamping: The cut aluminum material is placed on a punch or press, and pressure is applied through the mold to stamp the aluminum material into the initial shape of the shell.
4. Cleaning: After stamping is completed, the oil stains and aluminum chips on the surface of the finished product need to be washed away.
5. Drying: Remove the remaining moisture in the finished product.
6. Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on finished products to ensure that the size, shape and surface quality of the shell meet the design requirements. This includes inspection of dimensions using measuring tools, as well as visual inspection for surface imperfections and blemishes. Then, packed in standard aluminum casing and ready for shipment.

One-time forming: The stamping process is usually a one-time forming process, that is, the forming of the part can be completed in one stamping action. Compared to other processing methods, such as casting or milling, stamping usually does not require multiple operations, thus reducing production cycle and processing time.

By controlling the pressure, speed and punch position of the punch, the size of the finished product can be precisely controlled. Stamping technology can achieve minute size adjustments to meet strict dimensional requirements, such as millimeter-level or even smaller tolerance requirements.

The surface of stamped parts usually has high flatness and smoothness, and can meet the requirements of most applications without additional surface treatment. This high-quality finished surface reflects the high precision of the stamping technology.

During the stamping process, the shape and size of the raw materials are precisely controlled through the mold, minimizing the generation of waste materials and by-products. This high material utilization rate can reduce the consumption cost of raw materials, thereby reducing production costs.
